
Acro Yoga is a movement practice that brings together yoga, acrobatics, and partner work through trust, communication, and balance. In this workshop, participants will experience the basic principles of working with a partner, exploring how to build balance together, receive support, and offer support. It creates a playful shared space that develops both physical strength and mutual connection.

Enes and Güneş are an acro yoga duo who have been practicing and teaching together. Their backgrounds in yoga, dance, flow arts, theatre, and improvisational movement bring a multidimensional quality to their work. They lead classes, camps, and workshops in different cities including Istanbul and Berlin, creating safe, playful, and supportive learning spaces.
