Welcome to the Into The Wild Festival FAQ! Here, you'll find answers to common questions about tickets, accommodation, transportation, and more. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

Payment Plan

  • Payments are payable in up to three installments during checkout.
  • No extra fees will be charged.

Wristbands

  • You will receive your wristband during check-in.
  • Wristbands must be worn throughout the entire festival.
  • You will need a wristband to be able to:
    • Enter parking, camping, and venue grounds.
    • Pay for anything throughout the bay.
  • Wristband registration is required via the Into The Wild Mobile App, where you can prepay any balance.

Payments & ATMs

  • Credit cards are NOT accepted anywhere in the bay.
  • No ATMs or cash-load desks will be available.
  • All payments must be made using your wristband balance, which can be prepaid via the mobile app.

Can I transfer funds to a friend?

  • No. Once funds are in your personalized account, they cannot be transferred.
  • Any leftover balance will be refunded according to the refund policy.

Airports

  • Fly to Dalaman Airport and respond to the transfer form sent before your booking.

Carpooling

  • Send your travel plan to oytun@wakeup.works, and we will help.

Can I bring my own tent?

  • Branded tents/merch tents are NOT allowed.
  • Personal tents are permitted within designated areas.

Will there be charging stations?

  • Yes. Charging points will be available in designated areas.

Are pets allowed?

  • Yes, pets are welcome.

All participants must follow festival health and safety policies stated below:

Health & Safety Regulations

  • The festival follows national and international health and safety standards.
  • Health measures may change at any time due to government, promoter, or artist requirements.
  • If a participant fails to comply with safety regulations, they may be denied entry without a refund.

Public Safety

We Provide:

  • 24/7 medical support (Ambulance/Healthcare personnel).
  • Active Crowd Management (Security) services at entry/exit points and within the festival area.
  • Lifeguards stationed by all water features.
  • Emergency protocols for rapid response.
  • Environmental measures:
    • Trash bins placed throughout the festival area.
    • Clearly marked camping area boundaries for safety.
    • Trail markers to guide participants and prevent getting lost.

We Expect:

  • Sun & Nature Protection:
    • Wear sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen (SPF 30+).
    • Drink plenty of water—carry a refillable bottle.
    • Wear natural fabric clothing (cotton or linen).
    • Rest in shaded areas and limit alcohol consumption in the sun.
  • Staying Safe in Nature:
    • Use eco-friendly insect repellent.
    • Wear proper walking shoes.
    • Follow trail markers to avoid getting lost.
    • Do not litter—use trash bins.
    • Stay within camping boundaries for safety.
    • Be mindful of wildlife hazards (snakes, insects).
    • Carry a flashlight for nighttime movement.
    • Avoid cliff edges and unstable ground.
    • Do not swim alone—always have a buddy.
    • Respect quiet hours (5-11AM) for a peaceful environment.

Are meals included?

  • Breakfast buffet is included with all accommodation options. In addition, there will be a food court at the festival area featuring a variety of world cuisines, offering diverse options throughout the day.

Will there be vegan options?

  • Yes. Every camp will offer a vegan option for breakfast, and the food court will also include vegan-friendly choices.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Alcohol sales will be available at the festival.

The festival is committed to a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.
The following actions may result in ejection:

  • profanity or offensive language,
  • public intoxication or disruptive behavior,
  • bringing prohibited items,
  • throwing objects or liquids,
  • taunting/abusive gestures,
  • entering restricted areas without passes,
  • possession/use/sale of illegal drugs,
  • fighting or threatening others,
  • littering,
  • disruptive engagement with musicians,
  • pushing through crowds,
  • live-streaming on social media,
  • invading other participants' personal space.

Schedule and lineup (artist times and stages) will be available on our website, social media, and the Into The Wild App. Lineup details will be announced a few days before the festival.

  • Branded tents/merch tents,
  • drones,
  • explosive materials (fireworks, etc.),
  • open flames/heating appliances,
  • and other prohibited items listed by the festival are not allowed.

Is there parking available near the accommodation?

  • Limited free parking areas close to accommodation are designated for specific accommodation types—check your accommodation offer. There will also be optional paid parking a short walk from the festival area.

EV Charge Spots:

  • There are 3 EV charge stations in one of the free parking areas designated for specific accommodation types—check offerings.

Nearest Gas Stations:

  • Closest gas stations are in Ölüdeniz (≈15 km) and Fethiye (≈30 km). Fill up in Fethiye before heading to Kabak.

Will Wi-Fi be available?

  • Yes. Free Wi-Fi will be available at campsites and venues.

Lost & Found?

  • Yes, inquire at the Help Desk.

Will Cellular networks function?

  • Only Turkcell will function properly.
