This workshop offers a meditative and individual practice that invites participants to explore the body and movement as a space of awareness through improvisation. Accompanied by guided movement inquiries and music, participants find the opportunity to establish a closer connection with their inner worlds while deepening their bodily sensations. The goal is not to learn a specific form of movement, but rather to create space for free and authentic movement to emerge by listening to the body’s own rhythm. No prior dance or movement background is required to participate. In the midst of our fast-paced lives, this practice aims to provide space for turning inward, getting to know our bodies, and reconnecting with them. We intend to release the accumulated effort and tension within the body through movement, promoting relaxation and a sense of internal balance. Furthermore, it offers an awareness-based field of inquiry where we can explore connecting with our inner landscapes and allow movement to arise from a more heartfelt and self-connected place.

Inner Flow Instructor
I’m Zeynep Selhep, a Yin Yoga teacher and ThetaHealing practitioner, offering awareness-based practices. At the heart of my work lies an ongoing exploration of building a deeper and more meaningful connection with our inner world through the intelligence of the body. After completing my Yin Yoga teacher training, I expanded my practice through somatic approaches and movement research. In the spaces I hold, I bring together Yin Yoga, mindfulness, somatic yoga therapy, and body-based awareness practices. My movement research is inspired by contemporary dance, improvisational belly dance, Somatic Dialogue, and the Skinner Releasing Technique. Through these approaches, I see the body as a space for expression and discovery—creating experiential environments where participants can deepen their bodily awareness while connecting with their inner experience.
