Sound Healing Workshop

Sound Healing Workshop

Sound Healing, also known as vibrational medicine, is an ancient practice rooted in the principle that everything in the universe—including the human body—vibrates at a specific frequency. Daily stressors, mental fatigue, and emotional burdens can disrupt this natural resonance, leading to imbalances in our well-being. In sound healing sessions, specialized instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, shamanic drums, and other meditative tools are used to produce intentional frequencies. These vibrations work to calm the nervous system and reduce the "fight or flight" response, induce meditative states by shifting brainwave activity, restore energy flow throughout the body, facilitate deep relaxation and heightened self-awareness. This process is more than just a listening experience; it is a holistic journey that harmonizes the physical, mental, and energetic layers of the self.

Sound Healing Workshop Instructor

I was born in Istanbul in 1990 and graduated with a degree in civil engineering. My introduction to yoga and meditation practice in 2017 marked the beginning of a new journey of awareness in my life. My encounter with sound healing in 2019 became a major turning point that deepened this journey. Following the powerful experiences I had, I decided to receive training in this field and developed a unique meditation approach by researching different schools and practices. During my training process, I worked in various fields such as Reiki, lithotherapy (natural stone therapies), aromatherapy, breathing techniques, phytotherapy, and Thai massage. During one of the deep internal works I conducted during this period, I met my spiritual persona and began using the name Ahmedo Elyas. Since 2020, I have been continuing individual and group sessions in areas such as sound meditation, reiki, lithotherapy, aromatherapy, and breathwork. Since 2022, I have been meeting with participants in a studio I use for meditation and sound work in Istanbul. My work aims to support people in both having a meditative experience and achieving mental and physical relaxation in cases such as stress, intense thought flow, insomnia, and emotional imbalance.
