Using structured Wim Hof breathing techniques in a calm outdoor setting, participants will experience deep relaxation, heightened awareness, and renewed energy. No prior experience is required. The practice is fully guided and conducted in a safe and supportive environment. Please bring comfortable clothing and a mat or towel to lie on.
